These Conditions of Sale apply to products purchased through andamwatches.com. Please read them together with the product information shown on the website and any details presented during checkout.
Product images and descriptions are intended to represent each item as accurately as reasonably possible. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may limit quantities or decline an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information appears incorrect or fraud is suspected.
The price, currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges available for an order will be shown on the website or during checkout before the order is submitted. If a clear pricing or technical error is identified before acceptance, we may correct it and ask whether you wish to continue at the corrected price.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when ANDAM expressly accepts the order or confirms dispatch, depending on the checkout process used.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from the accepted order, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting details. Statutory rights relating to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund remain unaffected.
Care and servicing instructions supplied with a product should be followed. Any commercial warranty or additional service commitment will be described in the applicable product or order documentation. These do not replace rights provided by law.
Risk and ownership transfer in accordance with the applicable law and the delivery terms communicated for the order. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections.
Nothing in these Conditions of Sale excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANDAM is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that arise from improper use, unauthorised modification or failure to follow product-care instructions.
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event materially affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and explain the available options.
The Conditions of Sale in effect when your order is accepted will apply to that purchase. Applicable law governs the contract, and mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence remain unaffected.
